PLACE offers dynamic and proven two-day workshops covering the PLACE process for Senior Pastors, Associate Pastors, and other church leaders.  These two days are packed with self-discovery and practical how-tos.  Leaders experience the impact of PLACE in their personal lives and then are trained in the PLACE process as it relates to the PLACE implementation process and the training of PLACE Consultants.  This workshop prepares you with the essential knowledge and resources needed to return to your congregation and help every member find their unique PLACE of ministry.  Churches that implement the PLACE process will experience more successful ministries, more fulfilled members, and a more committed congregation.  You will return to your church excited AND equipped to implement the PLACE process.

Day Two (8:30 AM to 3:30 PM)
This day concentrates on teaching you "how-to."  During the morning session, a trained PLACE Consultant presents an un-rehearsed, one-on-one consultation.  You'll then observe and participate in a feedback discussion as it relates to the consultation process.  The afternoon session provides an in-depth look at practical steps and suggestions for successful implementation of PLACE in your church.
