The
workshop consists of 3 major components and will provide a detailed
plan to implement an intentional strategy for volunteer ministry
placement.
#1 Self Discovery: You
will be given the 5 PLACE Assessments and learn how they are vital to
the over all big picture in connecting God's people to meaningful
ministry.
#2 Connection Coaching: You
will be equipped as a PLACE Connection Coach and receive the intensive
training so that you can train others to carry out this role.
#3 Ministry PLACEment: You
will be given proven options to implement a ministry assimilation plan
and given the necessary elements to implement a successful ministry
placement strategy. You will also be equipped to train a team of
people to surround you as you implement your assimilation plan.
