PLACE Ministries is presenting a train the trainer workshop for equipping church leaders in the area of volunteer ministry placement. Learn the basics on how to implement an intentional strategy for connecting God's people to meaningful ministry.

The workshop consists of 3 major components and will outline the basics in implementing an intentional strategy for volunteer ministry placement.
#1 Self Discovery:
You will be given an overview of the 5 PLACE Assessments and how they are vital to the over all big picture in connecting God's people to meaningful ministry.
#2 Connection Coaching:
You will be equipped as a PLACE Connection Coach and receive the basic training to train others to carry out this role.
#3 Ministry PLACEment:
You will be challenged to create your own ministry assimilation plan and given the necessary elements to implement a successful ministry placement strategy.
