I purchased a PLACE Online Assessment but didn't receive anything. What do I do?
When you purchase an online assessment, an email is automatically sent to you with instructions for activating your assessment. However, spam filters, junk mail filters, and other factors beyond our control may prohibit you from receiving your email. If for some reason you do not receive your email, you can still activate your assessments. Simply do the following:

Find your order number. Your order number was supplied to you at checkout. If you did not record it or if you have lost it, you can always find your order number by viewing your order history through your account on our store.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
We charge sales tax only on orders shipped within the state of Georgia.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. For detailed information, please see our shipping information page.
How do I register for upcoming PLACE workshops?
Workshops are listed in our store under the "workshops" category on the left hand navigation bar. Select the workshop you would like to attend and then add that workshop to your shopping cart. Increase the quantity appropriately if you are registering more than one person. Then, complete the checkout process as normal. After Checkout, you will receive an automated order confirmation. Our staff will also follow up with you in person to gather your attendee information and answer any questions you may have.
